Required Information: To create an Account, you must provide a valid Gmail or Google Workspace email address and your full name.

Optional Information: You may optionally provide your phone number. This information is only required if you choose to subscribe to a paid subscription plan and is necessary for processing payments through our third-party payment gateway.

Accuracy of Information: While we do not have a formal verification process for user-provided information, you are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and up-to-date.

Google Authentication: Captiv uses Google authentication for account access. We do not store or manage your Gmail or Google Workspace password.

Account Sharing: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Gmail or Google Workspace account credentials. Sharing your Account with others is at your own risk. Any activity that occurs under your Account is your responsibility.

Security Measures: We strongly recommend you use strong, unique passwords for your Google account and enable two-factor authentication for enhanced security. Refer to Google's security recommendations for best practices.

Intended Purpose: The Platform is intended for personal and business expense management and tracking. You may upload receipts, record expense details, and generate reports for your own financial analysis.

Prohibited Activities, you agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, user accounts, or related systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform, its servers, or networks connected to the Platform.
• Use any automated means (e.g., bots, scrapers) to access or collect data from the Platform without our express written permission.
• Upload or transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
• Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Platform.
• Upload any content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

Consequences of Violations, we reserve the right, but are not obligated, to investigate and take any action we deem appropriate, including, without limitation:

• Issuing warnings.
• Suspending or terminating your Account.
• Reporting any illegal activity to law enforcement authorities.
• Taking legal action against you.

Content Types: You may upload image files (e.g., photos of receipts) and PDF documents to the Platform. The Platform may also generate and store text extracted from these documents and create visualizations (e.g., graphs) of your expense data.

Content Ownership: You retain all ownership rights in and to the content you upload to the Platform.

Content Licenses: By uploading content to the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content (in whole or in part) solely for the following purposes:

• Providing and improving the Platform's features and functionality (including our AI training).
• Developing new products and services related to financial management and analysis.

Content Restrictions, you agree not to upload any content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or racially or ethnically offensive.
• Violates the privacy or publicity rights of any third party.
• Contains any viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
• Is otherwise objectionable (as determined by us in our sole discretion).

Platform Rights: The Platform and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof), are owned by PT Jelas Mitra Teknologi, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Trademarks: "Captiv" and the Captiv logo are proprietary marks of PT Jelas Mitra Teknologi.

Ownership: You retain all ownership rights in and to the content you upload to the Platform ("User Content").

License to Captiv: By uploading User Content, you grant PT Jelas Mitra Teknologi a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such User Content (in whole or in part) solely for the following purposes:

Providing, operating, and improving the Platform and its existing and future features, including the development and training of AI models and systems.

Providing personalized financial advice and insights to you through the Platform.

License Scope: This license is limited to Captiv's internal use and will not be used to develop or train AI models or systems for any third party or for any purpose other than those explicitly stated above.

User Feedback: Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to us regarding the Platform or our services can be used by us without restriction and will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. We will have no obligation to review, consider, or implement your feedback, and we may use, disclose, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such feedback without any obligation or compensation to you.

Platform Use, you agree not to, and will not permit any third party to:

• Copy, modify, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, reverse assemble, or otherwise attempt to discover any source code, sell, assign, sublicense, grant a security interest in, or otherwise transfer any right in the Platform.
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices from the Platform or materials originating from the Platform.
• Access the Platform for purposes of monitoring its availability, performance, or functionality, or for any other benchmarking or competitive purposes.
• Use the Platform in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any server or the network(s) connected to any server, or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Platform.

Captiv offers the following subscription plans:

Payment Methods: We accept the following payment methods through our third-party payment processor, Xendit:

Third-Party Processing: Your payment information will be collected and processed by Xendit in accordance with their terms of service and privacy policy.

Billing Date: You will be billed on the same day of the month as the date your paid subscription began.

Automatic Renewals: Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled. If you choose a payment method that supports automatic renewals (such as credit cards), your payment method will be charged automatically for the next billing cycle.

No Refunds: All payments are final, and we do not offer refunds for any portion of your subscription fees.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by visiting the Plan page within your account settings. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for any subsequent billing periods.

Data Access After Cancellation: Your data will remain accessible on the Platform even after your subscription has ended.

All listed prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes (such as VAT or GST), which will be added to your total amount due at checkout. You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes.

You may request to have your Account deleted, including your associated data, by sending an email to [email protected]. We will process your request within a reasonable timeframe, during which you will have the opportunity to download a backup of your data. Once your Account is deleted, you will no longer be able to access the Platform or your data.

Data Deletion: Upon termination of your Account for any reason, we may delete your data from our systems. While your data may be archived for a period, it will be permanently deleted after a certain time. We have no obligation to retain your data after termination.

Immediate Access Restriction: You will lose access to your Account and all of its content immediately upon termination.

We will make reasonable efforts to provide you with notice of any termination by sending an email to the address associated with your Account. The notice will include the reason for termination and the effective date of termination.

Outstanding Payments: If your Account is terminated for any reason, you remain responsible for any unpaid fees or charges accrued prior to termination.

No Ongoing Obligations to Users: We have no obligation to provide you with any support or services related to the Platform after termination.

PT JELAS MITRA TEKNOLOGI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING YOUR OWN SECURITY PRECAUTIONS TO PROTECT YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM FROM SUCH THREATS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PT JELAS MITRA TEKNOLOGI'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES (DIRECT OR OTHERWISE) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM, SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT OF FEES YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENTS GIVING RISE TO SUCH LIABILITY.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PT JELAS MITRA TEKNOLOGI is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
